Shule Ya Wajenzi: The Builders School
Not every builder wears a hard hat. Some build futures.
Shule Ya Wajenzi is more than a construction training program — it’s a transformation process for young people ready to develop themselves and their communities from the ground up. This isn't a job placement hustle. It's a rites-of-passage for future developers, designers, leaders, and builders of legacy.
Cohort 1 of SYW proved what’s possible when vision meets discipline. Participants completed intensive hands-on training, learned the real language of development, and traveled on a powerful service-based Sankofa journey to restore what was lost and plant new seeds for what will grow.
Most programs stop at “workforce.” SYW builds people who know how to work, how to think, and how to lead. Our students aren’t just placed — they’re prepared. They leave with cultural clarity, technical foundation, and a peoplehood forged in shared mission.

For young people who want more than talk — who want mastery, culture, discipline, and movement — this is your moment.
Shule Ya Wajenzi is where you stop watching other people build and start becoming the builder of your own life. Here, you learn with your hands, your mind, and your spirit. You learn to move with purpose. You learn to carry your culture forward.
“SYW wasn’t a class, it was the first time I saw myself as a builder, not just of houses, but of my own path.”
